Biology Major

So I wanted to major in history or anthropology in college, but since I wanted to become a doctor, I also wanted to do the requirements for med school (biology, chem, etc.) however, my AP Bio grade didn't come out good this semester (only because the final dropped me to a C+), however I know that a C+ counts as a B+ in my school for an AP class, but I'm not sure if it'll show up as a C+ or a B+ on my transcript, so I was wondering if that would hurt my admission to a college?

Higher grades in high school are always helpful for college admissions.

However, high school grades and AP scores do not matter for medical school admissions (and many medical schools do not accept AP scores in substitution of pre-med course requirements). But all college grades (including college or dual-enrollment courses taken while in high school) do go into your GPA for medical school admission purposes.
