Like many of you, I’m taking an SAT Subject Test this Saturday, but the only one I’m taking this year is Biology. I have a couple of questions:

I have taken both AP Chem and AP Bio. AP Chem lasted a full year but AP Bio lasted only a semester (our school runs on the block schedule). I took AP Chem sophomore year and made a 4 on the AP exam and a 770 on the SAT Subject test. I haven’t studied too much since AP Bio ended at Christmas. Would you say that AP Chem is easier than AP Bio? My inclination is yes, it is.

Do you recommend taking the E or M portion of the test? I can’t really figure out if I am stronger in molecular or ecological biology, but if I had to pick right now, it would be molecular, simply because I’ve had a bit more experience with it. Do any veterans of this test have preferences to a topic?
