I'm a senior, and I'd like to have one more subject test under my belt, so I'm signed up for the November date. I took Honors Chem my sophomore year, and I'm currently taking AP Chem. I took AP Bio last year and got a 5 on the test. However, I feel that my knowledge of Bio is very uneven - I could only spit back little details about some topics, but on others, I really couldn't even grasp the big picture. Do you think it would be possible for me to self-study from a review book for Chem and do well, even though I haven't finished AP yet?

I heard chem has a horrible curve, but if you are taking AP chem you should be okay. It doesn’t sound like you have a firm grasp on topics covered in biology, so just take chem. Keep in mind though that there will be stoichiometry and you are not allowed to use a calculator.

Thank you. Does anyone have any idea as to what the curve is specifically like for Chem?
