I'm applying to Georgetown and they need 3 SAT IIs. Carnegie Mellon and Cornell "highly recommend" a science SAT II. I have all my bases covered for most of these schools with a 760 US Hist and 730 Math Ic, but I need a science. Thing is, I SUCK at science. I know I'll need one for Cornell and CMU but I can take any 3rd test for Georgetown.

So what science is the easiest for someone with little experience? I took honors bio in 10th grade and honors chem in 11th but they are nowhere near the depth needed for a science SAT II. I haven't taken physics so it's out. What should I take: Biology or Chemistry? I need to know soon... I plan on taking the October test! Thanks!

Except if you are really bad at science, perhaps biology is the better choice, since it is primarily memorization. Unless you understand the concepts in chemistry, you might have trouble with the test. Since you have had both classes, you should have some sense of which test might be easier for you. Why don't you try a sample test for each subject and find out what your basline is on each?

Biology is heavy on memorization and is by no means easy if you're not a big science/biology person. Chemistry, which requires you to memorize/know a bunch of concepts, is quite heavy on math; so in the sense that it's more "logical" chem might be easier.
