Also does the name value of the school matters when u are going to a graduate school?

Yes, BME Master’s programs accept students from a number of bioengineering related majors. Look up highly regarded Master’s programs and see what type of courses they require. Usually it’s a couple courses in biology, math, physics chemistry, and engineering (electrical, materials science, transport, signals, instrumentation, etc). The undergraduate majors that require these classes come with a lot of names, most common being “biomedical engineering” or “bioengineering.”
The name of the school carries some weight but more important is GPA, GRE score, and research experience.
