Blind Mistake on Application, Will it Hurt?

After carefully making every effort to make my application as solid and accurate as it can be, I realized I made one idiotic mistake after submitting. It might not be much of a big deal, but I'm still concerned. On the essay section of the online application it states to include your full name and date of birth in the paper you submit. I completely overlooked this and submitted it as is. Could this be potentially misinterpreted as "doesn't pay attention to instructions" or am I just overly concerned right now.

I would contact the school and just supply the information. That way you are showing yourself to be responsible about fixing clerical errors AND they have the information they need. Relax. This probably happens all the time.

I also felt that I made a mistake after I submit the part one application of Columbia. I think I need to contact the admission to make some changes, too. Even I feel not good at all to do such thing, I don’t want to regret after all. >_<
