but i’m paired up with blair horst the facilities manager of the labs at berekley to “develop a funding proposal to replace existing light fixtures with new, high efficiency lighting and controls”.
is it worth going just because he’s not a professor?</p>

I’m going to be applying shortly to the BLIPS 2011 program and I have a few questions I hope that you can help me answer.</p>

<p>What sort of grades did those of you accepted have?
How was the program?
Pointers on the writing portions of the applications?
What parts of the material science program were you guys accepted into and what did you do in that bit?</p>
