Do 10 practice tests at the end of College Board's blue book have the same difficulty level? Because I just did 4 tests in 4 consecutive days and my scores increased by 1500. Obviously my ability cannot be boosted in just 4 days right?
And to what extent are these tests similar to real tests? I mean if I scored 2000 on a practice test, what is the range my score will hover around in the real test?

With all due respect, I find it virtually impossible that anyone could have improved 1500 points in 4 days. Such a jump would mean that you literally shot from the bottom 1-3% of all test takers to the top 1-3% of all test takers. I do not want to be presumptuous, but I am going to assume that you committed a typographical error and that your scores improved by 150 points. If you really did improve by 1500 points, then I offer my apologies for doubting your ability.

Nevertheless, the College Board blue book tests do have some variance, at least in my experience. My scores on the blue book tests fluctuated largely within a 100-point window, and my real test score fell in that range. The blue book tests are fairly reflective of the real test, far more so than practice tests produced by private test preparation companies.
