BME schools in the northeast?

I am a high school senior looking to attend college for biomedical/bioengineering in the northeast next fall. My SAT score is a 2180 however I am looking for above average schools in the NE that can give me some sort of merit scholarship (I don't want to burden my parents with paying for all of my college tuition and I don't want to take out crazy amounts of loans).
I was wondering if anyone had a few ideas on some good NE schools that could potentially give merit-scholarships.
My list right now includes:
Rutgers
TCNJ
Penn State
U Pitts
U Maryland
Syracuse
Drexel
BU

Also, I have been told to apply to northeastern for my major but after I tried researching it, I didn't seem to find any info on Northeastern having a BME program. Can someone confirm whether it does or not.
Thank you.

What is your state of residence? You have a lot of OOS publics on your list, and it is difficult in most cases to get merit aid if you are not a state resident. (difficult, not impossible). If you can expand your geography, Case Western would be a good fit. Great BME program and they do offer merit aid and scholarships. University of Rochester is often compared with Case so you may want to look at that. Good luck!
