BME-UConn vs Rutgers vs RPI vs SUNY Stony

RPI $51,000
Rutgers $35,000
Stony Brook $21,000
UConn $25,800

The above are the schools I have been admitted to undergraduate biomedical engineering program and each cost of attendance to me.

Is each of them worth the money? Which one is the best choice?

I would completely take Stony Brook out of the equasion if it is a college experience you are looking for. The education you would get there is very good for the money, especially in-state. The downside is that I know a good amount of people who go there or have graduated and very few of them liked it and none of them loved it. But once again if you are going strictly for the education it may be the best choice because of the price, and everyone is different as far as what they look for in a college goes. If I were in your positon I would pick UCONN, I have talked to people who go there as well and they all seem to love it, plus you get the great sports team and all of that. Good luck in your decision.

I have narrowed them down to UConn and Rutgers. They are almost same in term of prestige. But, in academics in both BME program and engineering overall, Rutgers is better than UConn.
Rutgers costs $10.000 more than UConn per year. The question is if it is worth it.
