<p>I need your inputs to decide on which one I need to pick. </p>
<p>I was accepted by Rutgers, UConn and Stony Brook's engineering and I am sure I am going to biomedical engineering major in eith. I am an OOS for the both NJ and CT. Because living in MA, I pay new england regional tuition, 15K to UConn. To Rutgers, I need to pay full 23K to tuition. For Stony Brook, 10K to tuition(3k campus grants a year).</p>
<p>I can not convince myself to go to Rutger. Is it worth paying extra either 8K or 13k a year for four years? I have forgotten about RPI. It costs so much more. I couldn't afford it.</p>
<p>I appreciate if you could give me your opinion about this.</p>
