@bsambition It’s your only shot. January SSAT is the last one before the deadline.

@mrnephew I know I made up my mind about going to a boarding school in the US 3 weeks ago ahahah. So unprepared for everything…

You can write a Flex SSAT test, the information can be found here: [Test - About the SSAT - Standard vs. Flex Testing](http://www.ssat.org/test/flex-test-standard-test)

That’s what happened to me last year @bsambition, except I started the entire process January 15th. No SSAT then, so I had to take ISEE. Andover’s deadline was late, thank God, February 1 last year, but this year it’s the 15th.

I’m applying to Middlesex only. I’m not sure if that’s smart but I did look at Loomis, Deerfield, Choate, Hotchkiss and Lawrenceville. I fell in love with Middlesex I made the decision to only apply there. Applying for 9th.

Applying to Exeter, Andover, Hotchkiss, Deerfield and Choate

Hotchkiss apps due tommorow!

I’m applying to Exeter, Andover, and Milton.

just sent in my apps the other day, so glad to be over them.

I’m applying to Exeter, Loomis, and St. Paul’s.

I sent my apps and now all I have to do is count down the days until M10

I’ve sent in my exeter and hotchkiss apps and I’m going to send in the rest of my apps this weekend.

Me too. All sent. Now anxiously waiting for March 10… and having nightmares about not getting in…

@mrnephew Those feelings are completely normal and are expected to only get worse with time… :D

Hi!
I’m applying for US boarding schools 2014 fall as a prospective junior. I took the SAT’s. Now, how do i send them to schools? Collegeboard only allows u to send them to colleges, but not high schools. Middlesex told me that sat scores should be sent via mail to them until feb 15.
But I couldn’t find how to on CollegeBoard website. Has anyone encountered the same problem?
P.S.: applying to concord, middlesex, suffield and cate.

We just scanned the original SAT score report and emailed it. That’s what the two schools said to do. We also had a recommendation letter from the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth program relaying the scores.

@stargirl: Haha, yeah, I mean, this is my second year in applications, and last year was pretty bad, but this year is especially difficult.

@mrnephew Me too! Repeat applicants rejoice! herewegoagain…

^ I second that :D

@mrnephew Why is this year especially difficult? :o

Well, if I don’t get into one of these schools, then my parents will take me to SKorea, which, in all honesty, would SUCK. And the fact that rejection letters lower self-esteem greatly, if I get all rejections, I think I’d have a pretty big meltdown…

@stargirl3 and @mrnephew-- What schools are you guys applying to? I’m also a reapplicant for 10th grade :)
