Bobby's TRUE Seminole Tailgate Party Sept 8th

A new tradition will begin at Florida State University this fall with the debut of “Bobby’s True Seminole Tailgate” on FSU’s campus before each home football game. This special tailgate for students will provide a healthy, positive environment where everyone can gather for food and fun before the games begin.

The first tailgate of the football season on September 8 promises to be an extravaganza. The pre-game party will offer students plenty of fun, including:

• Free food, sodas and water
• Great music provided by a live DJ
• Entertaining tailgate games
• Cool door prizes
• Face painting
• Energetic student group performances

Party-goers can also have autographs signed by FSU student athletes and catch other games on a large screen TV before heading into Doak Campbell Stadium to watch the ‘Noles take on their opponents.

There is NO COVER CHARGE! It is free for everyone and will take place before each home game on the plaza between Ragans and Wildwood Halls. The first pre-game party on September 8 will begin at 2:30 p.m. and end at 4:30 p.m

Thanks for the heads up!

We're up for the game and will walk by...

Heh, sounds good.. but most hard-core partiers will be where the beer is.

Atleast that's how it works up here.

:-</p>

CollegeFresh - I hope that doesn't include you unless your "fresh" part doesn't mean "freshman".

I wish I had read this yesterday!!! I was up to take my daughter to her first game and we would've loved to stop by.

We didn't have tickets and were wondering if we would even get in when we ran into a lovely couple with 2 extra that gave us a $20 discount and we ended up sitting in the Booster section so NO sun - woo hoo.

Tough game, but the Noles pulled it out.

They did - and looked more organized this year compared to last. The shade was...cool. :)

My friends and I went to go check it out. We came, we saw, and kept walking. It was disappointing. At least FSU pulled out a win in the end!

my arm still hurts from doing the chop!!lol

The student section of the stadium was active and cheering the entire game. Looked like fun.
