Hey guys, I'm going to take some AP tests this year... I'm wondering which books I should use to study.

Stats : Self-studying (I haven't started yet... I really need a good book?)
Chem : I'm probably ok-ish for it.... i understnad most of the concepts... but should buy a book
Calc : Yeah I have around a B average... so a good book would be nice
Lang and Comp : My teacher's stupid... so i need a great book.

Anyways I'm not in as many APs because I'm also in IB program... Any help on book recomendations would be great. Thanks in advance!

For Stats: We use “The Practice of Statistics” in class

Princeton review for calc.

I second zhangm94 for statistics. For a study guide, Barron’s.

I also second broncosfan212 for calculus. PR is really helpful for Calc.

chem -PR

Lang and Comp - you can’t really study for this subject. APCliff for MC. Essays - sorry, but you need to depend on your teacher to grade your essay. There’s no one else unless you know another AP English Lang. teacher or a really good reader/editor.

alright, I got a book from the school… i’m not sure if it’s the exact same…
what I have is:
“Introduction to the practice of Statistics” by David S. Moore 5th edition

Is that the book you were talking about??

Any other advice would be great!!!
