Bored...

Is anyone else waiting hopelessly for school to start?
All I've been doing on my summer break is sleeping and working.
Not much hanging out with friends since they go to different colleges.
Occasionally I'll get some grub with the co-workers though.
Actually, when I think about it I won't know anyone who goes to UCLA.
Ehhh, kind of scary.

Blah... I've got my LSAT a week after we start... I'd be more than happy with time going slow.

ehhhh, i just need two more months of vacation and i'm good to go. :D

i was all anxious to get to start school...now im like...****...

I'll sitting around doing nothing, hanging out, bowling, drinking, playing ball in the So Cal sun over being consumed by the Boelter dungeon, thanks. Long live summer (what's left of it anyway).

Every summer of HS I had homework. There was always reading and assignments. Plus summer was so much shorter that after vacations I didn't have too much time to relax. But this year summer is a month longer. Most of my friends have left for college. Not to mention that I've spent four years doing nothing but work work work. I've almost forgotten how to enjoy all this free time.

I really am bored out of my mind. I've started to count down the days. I'm sure a week before I leave I'll start to freak out though. Oh well.

:)

I would quite like for classes to start. But then I wouldn't because I'm going to be too busy Fall quarter and time is going to fly and im having all sorts of 4th year anxieties.

So. Yes and No.

it's about time. allie, what are you doing with yourself since session A ended? living at UCLA?

Work. And nothing. Tues-thurs in LA, the rest of the time at home. Trying to get in as much time at home as I can since I won't have a life for 10 weeks.

My schedule is going to eat me alive. Not so much with difficulty, but oh my god. Time.

yeah im just chilling(working plus playing)....waiting for school to start. lots of friends have already started school so yeah...o i went to office depot to buy school suppplies..spent 20 bucks. hmm and thats basically it yesterday.

Lol Jason. Thx for the update on the happening Office Depot scene.

im basically doing nothing...as I see it I will be doing a lot of stuff when school starts anyway....

I'm hoping summer session C would end already! oh the drudgery.

Haha. I'm so glad I did A instead of C.

I have been doing absolutely nothing productive. I've been off (work and school) since Aug 11; I thought I would be able to read at least 2-3 book, but that proves to be too much effort for someone who'll barely have time for leisure for 10 weeks.

Hanging out with friends, eating lunch are my routine. I am not excited, yet. And I shouldn't, IMO. I am enjoying this 'boring' time and appreciating the beatiful nothingness. Oscar Wilde wil be proud of me :)

Haha, I had all these grand plans of reading all these books this summer. I got about 10 pages into each of them before quitting. Really, who wants to read War and Peace when they could be watching ER reruns? ;)

I finished far fewer books than I had intended to finish. Not a fan of Russian lit... too many pages! :(

Yes yes yes.

Hahaha. You kids can't wait now, but we'll see where you stand in 8th week when you somehow still have midterms and then finals and imgunnafailanddonothingwithmylife nervous breakdowns at 3 am.

yeah, well, I've already had one of those mini-breakdowns, it wasn't pretty.

I don't think anything in my life will ever be worse then studying for IB Physics exams. At least I hope not...

:)
