My D has been accepted to Carrol. Also at ND and GTown U. Business schools.
Any opinions on which had the best finance program?
We’ve been to ND and GU, but not BC. Any thoughts on campuses comparisons?
you’re 100% correct
Does anybody know around when waitlisted people will be notified whether they have been admitted or denied? Thanks
Last year I was deferred at Cornell & Northeastern and WL at Tufts…I’m at Tufts now! Also made NU and Cornell w/ transfer…keep in contact with AO and send LOCI…good luck, it gets better!
usually after May 1st
all great schools…congrats!!
That’s good to know. I’m already working on a LOCI, praying I get accepted because I’m not interested in any of the other schools I was accepted to.
You’re thinking of transferring?
No, not at all…love Tufts! Lurking for my brother who is applying next year.
I’m sure you have other good choices…just right now you may not “love” them as much as your first choice. Good luck!
Oh I misunderstood. I thought you just said you got into Cornell and NU via transfer.
no, sorry…I was posting what happened with me last year…not to give up hope being WL or deferred.
Is anyone else having difficulty accessing the Financial Aid award on the Boston College website?
Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences
Daughter was accepted. 3.98 UW GPA, 4.88 WGPA. 13 APs. Lots of EC and leaderships. Great essay. We don’t qualify for aid and BC gave her no scholarship. She will probably go someplace else even though we visited BC and we loved it. But, at the end it comes out to money unfortunately.
I think P&Q ranking & school profiles are a nice source to compare undergraduate business schools. My daughter was also looking at these three but did not apply to the other two because they were all very comparable and BC is only a 10-minute drive from home (and loves its beautiful campus).

anyone? the enrollment reply form seems to be missing from the portal.
Without details, can you share if you had a very high EFC?
For us we ended up getting about 2/3 of what scholarships the two NPC calculators on their website stated. Along with not being as generous as other schools, we will probably have to think about this very hard as the $15K+ will be difficult.
Their offer was $15K less than what the NPC estimated?
