I go to a public school in Northern New Jersey. I have been accepted to all three, and an having a lot of trouble deciding. I am looking to major in either Finance or accounting, and I will probably go into finance or consulting after college, although Law School is a possibility. I have visited all three schools, but I know more about Boston College than the other schools, just because its closer to me geographically. From what I've heard, BC has an outstanding alumni network, and does an excellent job at placing graduates in high paying jobs. Does anybody know anything about Wake Forest and William & Mary's job placement programs? Also, I have heard that Wake Forest does have grade deflation, does that effect graduate school prospects? In addition, any insight on how the social and academic climates differ from one another would be greatly appreciated.

Son trying to decide between BC and W&M. W&M is about 11K less per year which is a factor. Feeling like BC network is stronger, especially in Boston and NYC. BC has good stats on theor site on the class of '13 placement. Impressive.

William and Mary’s alumni network is very strong and is connected with Georgetown’s and Duke’s. The Mason school of business at WM is also one of the best undergrad business schools in the country. BC probably has better networking in Boston but a lot of WM grads end up in NYC or in DC. William and Mary’s percentage of students getting accepted to law school is also well above the national average. That being said, while WM is an amazing school, if BC is cheaper than BC is probably a better idea
