I also applied to NEU! applied to have more options though, not too interested in going there. my bf goes there and the higher-ups seem to really suck. applied to NYU as well, but seriously doubt I’ll get in (plus they barely give aid to transfers). BU has been the first choice since high school, fingers are crossed for everyone here <3

I got in to BU during high school and not going is one of my biggest regrets. I know I’d be so much happier there than my current university.

Im in the same boat as you! I applied to NEU and NYU as well. I like both NEU and BU equally. NEU just has a music industry minor and co-op that gives it a bit of a leg up but I went to a virtual info session for BU and the vibes where so nice and they have housing for transfers so they balanced out

At least now you get a chance to reverse your decision. Sometimes it takes a bit of exploring to find your right fit, I think we all can agree on that haha
I live in a suburb of Boston, so I know the schools here well. BC, BU, and Northeastern are all very different. If you’re looking into communications/media, BU is the best option, I would say for engineering/sciences Northeastern is best, BC is best for the most traditional college experience and they have an amazing business program. BU gives the most generous financial aid, BC’s campus is so stunning, the most beautiful of the 2, Northeastern isn’t in the safest location. I applied to both BC and BU, didn’t apply to northeastern but all the smartest kids from my high school go end up going to northeastern.

yea definitely. honestly it seems to me that it can take them even longer than 2 weeks… if I were you I would ask about it after like 3 weeks lol
Yea I’m hoping they’ll accept me again. I got off the waitlist that summer but I was ready to go to a different university by that time.
