I just called their office. I said I was looking to upload materials and saw my portal was down and was wondering when it might be back up. The portal “will be down for the majority of today and back up tomorrow.” I also called earlier and was told decisions begin getting released on a rolling basis this week but could not get a specific date. Hope this helps.
They love being as vague as possible

quick question- will they review an application without a midterm report submitted? My professors havent gotten it back to me yet and im super nervous my application will not be considered now.
do we think rejections will come today or just acceptances?

a midterm report isn’t required so that will be okay! I asked my professors for one too and only two replied ;(
