*boston university rd class of 2020 thread*

Accepted CAS, presidential scholarship. I applied for TS, and it acknowledges that in my PS award letter: “although you applied for other scholarships.” It doesn’t say anything about KHC, though

I liked their rejection letter though. Way better than Johns Hopkins letter.

How do you guys know if you’re rejected with garaunteed transfer?What does the letter say?

@sungjong a tufts? The hell is that?

Was anyone accepted KHC?

@jf2580

We appreciate your interest in Boston University, but after a careful and thoughtful review of your application, the Board of Admissions is unable to offer you admission at this time. Please know this decision was not easily reached.

We do, however, recognize your strong commitment to your studies and your many achievements in high school, as well as your potential for success at Boston University. For these reasons, you are one of a select group of students to whom we are offering guaranteed admission as a transfer student to the College of Arts & Sciences for September 2017.

This offer is extended with the understanding that you will successfully complete your current high school work in good academic and disciplinary standing. In addition, you must complete two semesters as a full-time student and degree candidate at an accredited college or university, earn a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, and maintain a consistent level of academic performance.

I wonder though how the needs based financial aid would be for these guaranteed transfers

And then it goes on to explain transferring and the requirements to do so.
