mine says that too. i don’t think it’s guaranteed transfer. i just think they are saying that you can always transfer next year if u rlly want to go

@Steeler319 I think BU had an earlier cutoff for selecting them for NMF. Might have been March 1, can’t remember though

https://www.bu.edu/admissions/tuition-aid/scholarships-financial-aid/first-year-merit/national-merit/
The website says March 1

Guaranteed Transfer seems like a very nice option because you can try out another college for a year and if you don’t like it, transfer to BU!

does anyone know what school the london term is at? or if its still on because of covid?

Anyone know what the acceptance rate was this year? I read somewhere that they saw a 24% increase in applications, over 75,000.

Dummy question. But what is Loci?

I applied for biomedical engineering but my offer says I’m admitted to the school of engineering. Does this mean I haven’t got in the major? Anybody has the same issue?

im looking for more info on the guaranteed transfer admissions program, would i have to reapply or do i contact the school saying i was denied admission but am eligible to transfer if thats still what i want to do a year from now? just confused – didnt have any other schools have this

letter of continued interest. it’s used sometimes in waitlist/deferred cases to signal to schools that you’re still interested in attending, and can help with admissions especially if a school considers demonstrated interest

Waitlisted as Health Science major with:
33 ACT
4.0/4.55 GPA
10/350 ranked
150+ volunteering hours

The second one, the Net Price Calculator. Something is off with my financial award…

Letter of continued interest - something to send if you are on the waitlist or deferred. Sorry - already answered.

Then you have a basis for an appeal. But don’t get your hopes up too much.

You would reapply as a transfer student but they would see the guarantee. Again it is a conditional guarantee subject to courses taken and 3.0 GPA.

At BU you are admitted to a college/school.

It is at BU’s own campus in London. More information on their website. The summer 2021 London program was cancelled and will be held in Boston. By summer 2022 everything will be back to normal…hopefully.
