@marlon01 Sure! I was applied year as a freshman for the class of 2024. I was not accepted, but given the guaranteed transfer option for next year.
This is the wrong group to post in. Try looking for group that is for the class of 2024. This is a group of college students who are trying to transfer to BU.
All of my documents have been approved and I think I have 2 paragraphs!
did you send in your midterms yet?
where are the paragraphs and what do they say
yeah I sent them about a month ago
@iatatpgchfe Two questions. 1. Did you have three paragraphs before the two, or did two just appear. 2. What do the paragraphs say?
I don’t remember what it was before but right now this is what’s in the application states page under the “required/received/upload history” thing:
"ADMISSIONS
Any required admission application materials still needed will appear below.
IB Diploma Standardized Test Score Policy: For any student enrolled in a full International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma program and attending a secondary school outside the US, submission of an SAT or ACT test score is not required to complete your application even though you may see it listed as a required checklist item below.
FINANCIAL AID
If you are a US Citizen or permanent resident who has applied for financial assistance, your required financial assistance materials will appear below.
Please be sure to enter you Social Security number on your CSS Profile, FAFSA, Common Application and Coalition Application. We will be unable to process your financial aid application without this information. Learn more on the Financial Assistance Website."
hey do you mind sending a screenshot of what the two vs. three paragraph thing is? Also I haven’s seen anything specifying whether mid-term reports are retired/preferred. Are mid-term reports preferred? and if so, do you think its too late for me to send mine?
@iatatpgchfe I️ have the same thing under my application status page
yea mine has said that same thing for two months now, i dont think thats the paragraph thing everyone has been referring to.
I’m not sure but My academic counselor at my current college recommended I do it early
Midterm reports are not necessary, but sometimes BU requests them on a case by case basis
Three Paragraphs

Has anyone gotten these paragraphs yet?
Sadly no
is anyone else having trouble uploading their course syllabi? Every time I try to click on it the website always takes me back to the home screen.
@therealez I submitted mine a while ago, but when I did I had no issues. Are you still having issues now?
Also, does anyone have paragraphs yet?
Submitted all my documents but no paragraphs yet.
I’m not sure if the paragraph theory would still work. It seems like they changed their portal this year (or last year maybe?). I applied to BU two years ago as a freshman applicant and the applicant portal, which will show the three and two paragraphs, looked very different back then.
