Is it ok if I use 2 of my senior year teachers who have only taught me senior year as my 2 recommendations? I have one from a junior year teacher but I feel that my senior one may be stronger.
If you feel the teacher knows you well enough and can write not just about your academic strengths, but also about your character, motivation etc, it’s fine.
It’s not recommended, but I think if you truly think your other senior teacher can give a better letter, go for it! Anybody could make an argument either way, but what matters most is the content of the letter. I wouldn’t stress it too much.
Both of my recs were from senior year back when I applied (hs class of 2014) and it was totally fine.
