<p>Today my history teacher gave us some tips on how to keep your brain healthy, and a healthy brain means healthier body and longer life.</p>
<li>Oxygen. Get plenty of oxygen, don’t stay crammed in your room all the time</li>
<li>Water. Drink plenty of water, not only when you’re really thirsty.</li>
<li>Diet. don’t eat too much junk food, get some omega3 in your diet.</li>
<li>Music. Baroque music, not quote “the loud noises that you people call music” (which i agree)</li>
<li>Humour. Have fun, be happy.</li>
<li>Problem solving. Do problem solving questions to stimulate your mind</li>
<li>Challenges. Challenge yourselves.</li>
<li>New stuff. Try new stuff, things you aren’t comfortable with.</li>
<li>Use your hands. don’t keep them in your pockets all the time</li>
<li>Art. Enjoy good art. Satisfying.</li>
<li>Socially active. Hang out with friends, don’t study all day long.</li>
<li>Nature. take walks often, listen to the birds, walk in the park etc.</li>
<li>Sleep. and either 6,7.5 or 9 hours, approx the time you finish a dream. </li>
<li>Feed back. Get feedback from people, not just positive ones.</li>
<li>Balancing while closing your eyes. Quite hard at first, keeps your mind active. 1or2x/day</li>
<li>Listen. listen in class, to people etc.</li>
<li>De-clutter clean your rooms and organize yourselves.</li>
<li>complete tasks. don’t leave 1000 things half done. finish one thing then the next.</li>
<li>Set goals. And complete them too. Realistic ones, ofcourse.</li>

<li>Positive attitude. don’t hang out with negative people.</li>
<li>change. Change stuff like clothing, etc. keeps your mind fresh.</li>
<li>Pay attention. In class, everywhere. and to details too.</li>
<li>Keep learning. don’t ever stop learning. it doesn’t have to be from school.</li>

<p>Foods:
vitamins, eggs, nuts, brown rice, whole grain breads, trace minerals, curcumin, Ginkobiboba 24% (wth is that?), co-enzyme Q10, PS (dunno what that is either), green tea.</p>
