<p>Let's start a brain power boosting thread. Anything that you read that hones your mind, sharpens your brain, and makes it better overall, we will love to see what you have learned and share with us. Anything you read in magazines, articles, heard from certain people, etc., put it all here! I want to see how much brain power we can garner. Again, this info I read came solely from health magazines and the like that I remembered. I'll start.</p>
<p>-to challenge your mind or increase brain sharpness, if you are right-handed, brush your teeth with your left hand.</p>
<p>-take a multivitamin during the day, always, with food. no night.</p>
<p>Training your memory has been clinically proven to increase your iQ score. I suggest looking up Dominic System and start memorizing strings of numbers and decks of playing. The cognitive benefits of this seemingly meaningless activity are enormous!</p>

Foods good for your brain:
-berries
-walnuts
-sesame seeds
forgot the rest but basically eat a lot of stuff with omega
-oh a mint makes your mind sharper, so it helps to chew mint gum during a test.</p>
<p>This may sound awkward, but is there any particular fish oil supplement you recommend? Simply, the best one available, since there are so many that say we’re the best that i have doubts as to which one i should get. What brand is best/most high quality/gives best effects?</p>
