Breakfast on test morning?

eat well!!!

Don't get doped out on caffeine / sugar if you don't have a habbit of doing so in the mornings.

Before the act, i had a 1/2 pound taco bell burrito saved from the night before, with a bunch of the fire sauce. I had a few smelly farts during the test, and didn't do great on the test. But I bet the people around me didn't do too well either! Ha, I'm awful. Anyways, moral of the story, don't eat spicy burritos before tests.

The warm milk and omelete sounds good. I'm going to have that with oatmeal and toast tomorrow morning, which means I'll have to wake up a bit earlier!

i woke up too late last time to eat some breakfast...i'll probably just drink some tea/coffee and bring a small snack this time

Oh, Karl Marks. That was an amusing story.

I plan on eating whole-grain cereal, a small glass of milk, and my usual vitamins. I'm bringing a bottle of water, a bar of chocolate, and an energy bar to the test. Heehee.

NA123, great and detailed tips.

my friend once said not to eat a big breakfast because that would mean more energy is going to your digestive system than your brain...makes you think lol

Anyways, I had two potatoes with sour cream and butter and a salad
potatoes= a lot of energy (carbs)
