I am sick of studying but I am not going to be able to get the SAT off my mind so I am think of other things.

I think I will have toast in the morning with a tall glass of OJ. Then drink a red bull/mountain dew on the way to the testing site for energy. While I wait for the testing to get underway I'll sip on water w/ rescue remedy to help with the stress. During the breaks I'll have a snack of a granola bar and a banana.

Anything I can stomach. The last SAT I tried to eat but my stomach was tossing and turning so I only had some orange juice and a banana. Needless to say all the math questions I missed were easy/medium, so I need to try harder to eat breakfast…

I always ate a bacon, eggs, cheese, and a hashbrown on a roll from the deli for all Sat and Sat II’s. Seemed to work pretty well for me. Good luck tomorrow!!!

Yeah avoid the energy drinks" They weren’t made for 5-6 marathon events just something to use right before a sprint or a “long-distance” race (NOT MARATHON LONG-DISTANCE). glycemic effect is not friendly…

Highland Daughter is taking a cue from her Highland dance teachers - eat the same thing before a dance competition that you eat every day. Nothing different or new for breakfast. For her that means Cheerios, orange juice and a side of grated cheese for protein. Wishing all the test takers the best!
