Bring Back Strict Rules and Formal Dress Codes!

The Ivy League colleges generally have a lower workload and pressure than high schools like Andover, Exeter, or even the rigorous public high school my kids went to. The hard part is getting in, not getting out.

Agree. My oldest graduated from a very rigorous public high school and completed the IB diploma, which is not for the faint of heart. He attended an Ivy and found it to be much more balanced in terms of academic and social life and expectations of professors versus near-draconian academic policies at his high school. No uniform at either school.
