Bring Me Men offer

To any female Basic who is caught on inprocessing day at the footprints wearing a t-shirt that says “Bring Me Men…” on the front in a font size at least 2" tall.
“caught” means a photo or video by web guy or the various AFA personnel who post photos of inprocessing on the web.

I will send (at the end of Basic) a “care package” consisting of $25 worth of candy/cookies (you’d have to pm me on this board with your name and box number).

Extra kudos if the back says what is currently above the footprints.

Ok I am becoming slightly annoyed? :(

Come on, someone's gotta be up for it! That's a LOT of candy!

Someone PM'd me a good point...

A woman taking me up on my offer might have it a bit misinterpreted in this PC world.

After consideration, I do think it best to withdraw the offer more so not because the woman wouldn't exhibit some great creativity...but more because it could get very ugly PC wise vs...what might happen with stuff like "Train this"

yes...the whole objectification thing going on.

how is it showing creativity to take you up on your offer? lol

This forum has always been a safe place for candidates, cadets, and parents to share insight, and advice. 2010 had a group of cadets "The Myspace Cadets" who mocked and challenged the upperclass cadets. It was neither wise or in good taste. There is a structure and order to being a cadet that isn't required in other places in our society today. Funnyesq I have no doubt you made the "Challenge" in what you thought was a positive effort to establish some espirit-de-corp, but it would never be recieved with that intent.

Don't walk into basic with a cocky attitude. Congratulations to all of you on earning your appointment, but remember you still have to prove yourself. Getting accepted is only the first step on a long road. Don't do things to draw attention to yourself... it's not about you, it's about the people around you. Perception is reality at the Academy. Do yourself a favor and don't make everything harder on yourself by making a bad first impression, even though it may be funny.

AH good to see you back from the busy OPS in La...You're there with one of my least favorite people (you can ask potter), but I'm sure you're having a great time. Have fun with the HH project too.
