<p>Rutgers honors Presidential scholarship is the full ride for 4 years with R&B. The didn’t include inflation so the first year is free, second is 2k, third is 4k and fifth say 6k depending on inflation.</p>

My d did somewhere from 12 to 15 apps but had that many priority envelopes prepaid and addressed so the guidance counselor could just xerox everything at once and not complain about the amount of work generated.
