I’ve been rejected or waitlisted at every college I have heard back from so far, so I feel. 
I’m feeling a bit desperate about what I did wrong, but ultimately I don’t think/hope it was me. It’s the process, the elitism, the chances, the luck, and so many other variables out of our control that decide these things. @Bamstunts360
I can log in to the Courses @ Brown and I get a “Welcome _____”.
@AnxiousHam I know how you feel, but just try to remember that all it takes is one good decision to spin that around for you. Right now all you can do is try your best to stay positive (even though that’s a lot harder than it sounds). Did you apply to safeties?

Really it’s a case of lots of bright people and not enough spots. If you got deferred/waitlisted, or even had the credentials to apply to this level of school but got rejected outright, you truly have it in you to do great things, no matter where you go undergrad. You can make yourself known to professors, get involved, do research/projects, and make whatever college you are at great.
An example: a friend’s daughter, a valedictorian, went to the state school because of finances. She was in the honors college, did research, and ended up running the research lab for a professor.

Does anyone know if financial aid decisions will be released with acceptances or will accepted students have to wait longer for financial decisions
