Brown vs. Emory vs. WashU

Help me decide. Pros and cons of the schools? I’ve visited all, and have gone to overnight programs at Emory and WashU, but will unfortunately not get to go to Brown’s ADOCH for admitted students. Financial aid is fairly similar at all schools, but WashU allows you to stack outside scholarships (won’t reduce your need-based grant). I like that Emory and WashU have greek life, but it’s not super important to me. Weather is best at Emory. I feel like Brown would be best for political science/public health, which is what I’m pretty sure I’m interested in (although Emory is next door to the CDC). I fell in love with Emory when I visited on the overnight trip, and love Atlanta (but don’t want to work in the south when I’m older). I’m familiar with the party scene at WashU and Emory- what is it like at Brown since greek life isn’t really that big? Any opinion at all would help, on anything. Thanks
