<p>Just to let people know, my friend from last year’s stats:</p>
<p>white male</p>
<p>he got like a 1250 sat highest scores
he had a 3.5 GPA
he had like no sports or extracirriculars
no legacy or anything</p>
<p>and he got in as an undecided major. I also had a white female apply that I knew last year who got a 1460, had a 3.8GPA and had tons of sports and yet she didnt get in as an undecided major as well.</p>
<p>How the hell did this happen? Do essays and recs really count THAT much?</p>

<p>you should try man, that guy who got in only did mathletes and 1 season of jv cross country and he had bad scores but he got in, thats what baffles me, does anyone know what brown's credentials are because I'm pretty sure he didnt meet them</p>
