Browser closed during UC App Payment

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>When I selected the pay by credit option and hit next, my browser froze then immediately closed the new window before I had a chance to fill out my credit card details. I was given an email stating I completed my application and gave me my UC Application ID and receipt.</p>

<p>After going back to my application I see that my Payment status is stated with
"Balance owed - credit: $70.00 ( pending )" with no option to pay this fee.</p>

<p>Where can I go to pay my fee?</p>

<p>The Business Office or Admissions at whichever UC you applied to I believe.</p>

<p>I had this issue too, except it was a browser plugin (NoScript). I emailed the UC people and the person told me that after 24-48 hours it should allow you to put in your card info again after your “card” processes.</p>

<p>When they reset my payment do I log onto my application and go under the tab Fees and Payments so I can pay?</p>

<p>Yeah, I submitted my app Saturday afternoon and I just checked now and I’m able to pay it. That’s the address I emailed and yeah, it’ll be under the fees and payments section.</p>
