Brutal Honesty Wanted: Give it to me straight

Hi,

First, thanks for clicking on my thread. Now, I'm a junior in high school and I really want to go to Middlebury. I've read on here that in order to even be considered, you need something like a 4.3 GPA, be in the top 10% of your class, be a top athlete, be president of the geniuses club, etc. I can't say I have any of that. I have a 3.7 GPA, I'm more like in the top 30%, I'm nonathletic, and I am neither a genius nor a president.

But I love, LOVE languages! I know you probably hear that a lot, but I really mean that with my whole heart and soul. I take Spanish, Latin, and Chinese at school. I've used my Spanish and Latin to teach myself Italian. I bought a book and started learning Scots Gaelic a few months ago, I volunteer at my school's language lab twice a week, I've read books by Kat

post your stats for a chance
U already stand out

Is this what you were referring to? Thanks for replying!

Okay, you asked for it. There are two comma mistakes in your post. Sorry to be brutal but it had to be said. Seriously-apply away, you’re a solid candidate.
