Hi everybody! So I was just pulled into Bryce Lawn by some roommates for next year. Could anyone that has lived there before let me know about the quality of the rooms. I have heard that overall they are a little old but nice. Also do people generally complain of the noise since they are so close to the frat houses? Also are all the bedrooms single occupancy? I noticed that one bedroom in each unit is significantly bigger and I wondered if its sometimes has to be a double occupancy room.
