B's in math classes but scored well on AP and SAT?

I’ve always considered myself a good math and science student but due to some bad teachers and study habits, I ended up with B’s in AP Stat, AP Calc AB, and Honors Biology as a sophomore. Despite these poor grades, I got an 800 on my Math 2, 5’s on both Calc and Stat, and a 35 on the ACT math (34 composite). How will colleges view this? Will this knock me out of contention for Ivy League schools? I am currently taking AP Calc BC AP physics and Honors Chemistry as a junior and will most likely get a’s in all of them.
