egyprince and medicine96, i interviewed w/ Uconn the 14th. It’s a group interview, so don’t be afraid to get in there and say what you have to say. Even though the schedule says you get 15 minute breaks, you really don’t so it’s a straight 3 hour interview with 4 or 5 others. It is a loooong day. Make sure to bring a water bottle from lunch in if you get nervous and your throat gets dry!

so i got the invitation to interview from drexel for three undrads…will they give me one date or 3 to interview?

@butterfli- it’s just one interview for Drexel.

What is the Sophie Davis Interview like? Any tips?

Anyone know when Rice/Baylor comes out?

@paracarli did they ask any curve ball questions? if so, what?

Thanks Paracarli but I opted out of the interview ,hopefully they pick someone else from the waiting list. U conn not offering much undergrad scholarship ,attended 4 other interviews awaiting interview notification on Rice/Baylor and Washington University in St. Louis, 1 acceptance so far. Good luck

@egyprince
how was your usciences interview?

sjshah, so i don’t have a choice of what day?

Rejected WashU med program (not undergrad) via email a minute ago

Also rejected from the Washington University in St. Louis scholars med program …

@butterfli- I don’t believe so; you have to go with the date they give you. In my case, the day was given in the interview notification I got all three times (from the three undergrads I got it from) so I’m not quite sure why they haven’t given you a set date yet.

Guitarkid49–For Wash U, do they email the decision or did you have to check Pathway? I’m not home yet, and I don’t want to check Pathway on my phone.

Well, WashU is basically dead to me, no interview, no scholarships, no go. 8 Programs are still viable, hoping for at least one…

Rejected from WashU. I saw it on my WUSTL Pathway.

I get it Medicine96, luckily I’m in state. egyprince, just make sure you listen to both the interviewers and your competition. Most of the questions are things you’ve already heard before, ie. why do you want to be a doctor, some are a little weird. The minute I left the room, my mind just went completely blank and I have no idea what I said in there lol.

sjshah Well i guess that’s because the undergraduate colleges contacted me and told me the dates. apparently drexel told them to tell me. but i didn’t get anything directly from drexel

Yep, got turned down from Wash U too. basically, I’ve already ruled out 5 of the 8 I applied to.

Rejected for washu interview…

Rejected WashU… now my question is did anyone actually GET an interview lol?
