@mistryse13 I did not get the drexel email. Did you apply/interview for drexel/drexel or a different program?

Hey @hamiltonlover, sorry, but would you happen to know when they went out? =(

@guitarkid49 I applied to the drexel, villanova, and lehigh programs. The email was from drexel/drexel specifically.

@nkb… I got thru email but I’m still waiting on umkc I like that program a lot!!!

Congrats desigirl. Good to have options!

@desigirl123 Univ of Toledo has a very good match program. It is 7 yrs and no MCAT, less stressful then any 6 yr program. Did you apply for the Bacc 7 yr program or the 8 yr Bio Medical Eng/MD program? Good Luck with UMKC.

Actually the 8 yr but is it hard to maintain. 3.5 GPA in bioengineering at u toledo?

@satrocks I think the rejection letters went out today…

Ugh if I get rejecte for my first program I’ll be really depressed for the next month while I’m waiting to hear from others.

I got interviewed on jan 30th for Siena…but I haven’t gotten a letter yet. I’m afraid that I’ve been rejected…I mean, if someone who interviewed in Feb got an acceptance letter and the school sent otu rejection letters today…then I guess that’s where my letter is. sigh

Siena did say they were also sending out alternate letters along with the rejection letters but don’t know exactly what they mean by alternates…waitlisted??? Maybe there is still some hope.

I don’t know… this just doesn’t make any sense. I mean, what are the odds that not one of us who interviewed at Siena on this thread (not including Arborvitae cuz she’s new to the thread) got accepted or waitlisted? We all had a 50% chance of getting in the program once we made it to the interview stage (based on 46 people interviewing and them taking around 20ish?)…just too weird.

lol, @mk8077, it does seem pretty weird, it may be a coincidence… Some sort of EMAIL from Siena would have been nice…Anyway, its been a week since they sent out the acceptances… so yea… I’ve sort of resigned myself to the inevitable rejection… im sorry

Siena was the only AMC I applied to cuz it was the only one I heard of. I am kind of kicking myself for not hearing about Union and RPI…

Maybe I’m delusional, but until I see the actual mailing from Siena, I’m trying to be hopeful.

@macaulayforlife2 Rejected from Siena? When? How?

Anybody have the RPI/AMC interview tomorrow?

Wait, so these programs are still interviewing and yet are already accepting people? I understand sending out acceptances in batches, but not this…

How are you assuming that already? You may be wait listed. You also may still be accepted, just not yet.

One word of advise for people waiting for results. I know that it is not easy but don’t let college confidential posts depress you. Sometimes your results are just delayed. I took my son to Hawaii as a graduation gift in Dec. Even though he was strong and confident I was worrying inside because in Dec we did not have any interviews. However people here were posting about their interviews. Later in late jan and early feb all interviews came at one time. So just because someone has their result and you are still waiting, please don’t loose hope.
