BS/MD programs

i have a 1440 on june 2018 sat and a 4.0 gpa, what are my chances to getting into one of these programs and which ones do you recommend?

@ginnae No one can predict your chances. So try few programs and also apply for regular UG. With 2 data points, no one can suggest which programs to apply. So review all previous discussion threads or results thread, do research of different programs offered and see which one meets your background and goal. Admission is more than GPA and Test Scores, especially for BS/MD programs.

The threads related to BS/MD programs are in different section. Every year there are 2 threads, one for discussion and one for results. Review them.

with these two data points does it even look like i have a shot? the june sat was curved so roughly, i should’ve been in 1500s. @GoldenRock

@giannae If you have ample volunteer experience, I would apply to VCU. I know of a case where an applicant got into VCU program recently with a similar score. Good luck!

As been stated on multiple other threads, you won’t get any kind of boost by Adcoms for your perceived roughly curved June SAT. Multiple degree programs are much more than simply stats. That being said, a 1440 would be very low for a combined program, even with outstanding EC’s.

Try also take ACT and SAT subject tests and score high on either. That will help you to achieve your goal.
