I found the form on the BU website( international applicants-forms).
However i have no idea how to submit it as well. On the form it says ‘to be submitted with application’… how in the world to submit with application when it is thru commonapp? I cannot find any options on the commonapp website to submit the form. I am utterly confused. Snail mail/fax? oh and does anyone know when is the deadline?</p>
<p>I sent it by snail-mail. courier, to be exact. Mine was post-marked Jan 1st, but you should check the website or email the admissions office regarding a deadline. :)</p>
<p>I called BU undergrad. One of the admissions counselors told me that you need to send them by mail. You could send a fax in the beginning, but that would only be a copy so they said you need to send an original by mailing to them.</p>
