@626transfer, haha that’s true. everyone seems to be stuck up about their acceptance. well, can’t blame em considering the longass wait. anyways, congratualtions on your acceptance. out stats are pretty much the same btw, except HS. my gpa for hs is 2.5.

@Hockeykid025 I’m pretty sure our application was due April 1, and they started giving out acceptances in the beginning of May. I heard back May 1st. Just wait and check on the applicant link every now and then. They will email you. BTW side note: Businessweek just put up rankings for SMG! #25!

@cctransfer212 Yea, I applied to USC last year and they can tell you as late as August so it was tedious. Just know you can’t really change anything. If you get accepted, make sure to visit the school before enrolling (if you can). And thanks :)

Goodluck to you all!

@626transfer, as late as august!?!?! why would they do that?

Has anyone contacted admissions and gotten a rough idea of when decisions will be available?

@jbones157 I know last year the first person found out on friday, april 5th

Talked to admissions, they said its on a rolling basis. By rolling they mean the they will notify the people who completed their application first and not the ones who applied first. Note, there’s a difference.

@cctransfer212 I don’t think that’s the case (not trying to argue with admission). I turned my application last minute and I got notified first. Also, I didn’t turn in any syllabi to them until after I was accepted. And yeah, I think it’s stupid for a school to notify if you got in a few weeks before… But 1) they are a private, they can do whatever the ■■■ they want 2) It’s really up to them and if someone ends up dropping, they can always give that spot to someone “waitlisted.”

@626transfer, when was your application complete? oh and congrats on your acceptance! mind posting your stats?

@626transfer, just saw your stats, never mind. but when was your application complete though. mine was complete on april 3rd.

@cctransfer212 626 was accepted for fall of 2013, and the application due dates/etc were different last year

still congrats to him! what about you? are you fall '14 applicant? @Nostalgia14

Definitely congrats to him. Yeah fall '14 CAS
626 and I actually went to the same high school, so we’ll be able to hangout. I’m sure we’ll all hangout if we get in though* :]

@Nostalgia14 thats pretty sweet. yeah, hopefully we all will. just need to get through this anxious phase of our lives!!!

i’m getting soo nervous I hope they come out soon! I’m also hoping that since I applied ED last year that’ll show them that I’m serious, but they probably don’t even take that into consideration.

I remember when I listened to some transfer webcast with the office of admissions they said usually it’s the second week of April… who knows what it’s like this year but I would guess it will be around there.

Haha just got a thing in the mail from BU that is ‘Managing your Finances; 2014-15’ OKAY THANK YOU that is so helpful when I do not know my admissions/financial package decision

@AdoddProductions, does that imply you’ve got accepted?

I have no idea…I am just tired of waiting lol

haha arent we all. keep holding on bro!

I completed my application the same day I turned it in. I revised my essays multiple times and I decided to apply to BU like a few weeks before it was due. As of last year, theey accepted me, but didn’t have my financial aid information done. BTW, BU increased their tuition/housing 3.7% for this upcoming school year. Tuition: $45,686; Housing: $14,030.
You guys got this! Only 1-3 weeks left!
