Hey, im an international student though I am currently residing in illinois. i have a 31 act and will push it up to like a 33. Im going to be a senior soon and am really interested in ohio state. i have a 3.65 uw gpa. normal ecs- NHS, work experience at a firm. do i have a shot at the buckeye scholarship if it extends to international students? or what are some scholarships i might have a chance at?

I think you need at least an ACT of 28 and be in the top 40% of your graduating class to get the National Buckeye. So, you have the ACT score at least. You might get a grant or scholarship like the Morrill scholarship through the Office of Diversity if you add to diversity in some way.

so it does extend to international students right? Isnt the morrill scholarship like more competitive? thanks fr the reply though

i believe so yes, because you’d be considered an out of state student. the morrill scholarship is a bit competitive, but there are three different levels, i got the prominence which is the lowest but then i applied to the honors college and the scholarships within that and received a presidential scholarship, so there are many ways to get money from the school. depending on your area of study and specific college, you can get scholarship from those too.
