<p>bucknell is ranked 7 for non-doctorate schools, lehigh is ranked 42 for doctorate schools...</p>
<p>from my research there seems to be no real difference between these two schools in terms of engineering, would anyone beg to differ?</p>
<p>they are both very good....might give a slight edge to Lehigh from a historic reputation standpoint.....if you know what type of engineering you'd like, I would recommend your fit with various departments and professors' research interests help you decide.</p>
<p>Bucknell will offer a fine undergrad experience in an LAC setting. But you really can't compare engineering facilities..Lehigh is far more comprehensive.</p>

Bucknell has the better reputation as an overall school (in all subjects combined). Has a more...LAC feel, I guess. </p>
<p>Lehigh is also much more of a party school, but is also in a larger town.</p>
