Bucknell vs Penn State Main Campus

got accepted into both schools, but haven’t made my mind I most probably want to study some sort of engineering (systems, production or maybe something else) but I got accepted undecided to penn and into international relations at Bucknell (counselor recommended it), I wonder how hard it would be to switch majors at Bucknell

Bucknell pros: Highly regarded amongst americans (I think), great post graduation stats (salary, getting a job etc.) but I dont know much about the school
cons: i had never heard about it before applying, I guess it’s a small school in the middle of nowhere
Penn pros: WAY cheaper, The undecided program would help me find exactly what im looking for, plus no switching majors, around 8 friends got accepted and being from Venezuela the company would be great away from home
cons: might get distracted since it’s a party school

Please help and thanks beforehand

Find out what the %s are of those accepted to the programs you have been and are able to switch to another school within the university. IT’s very competitive and chances are low at some colleges to make that sort of transition , and no problem at all at others.

This one is easy… go to Penn State. Significantly better engineering, cheaper, more diverse than Bucknell (which is very homogeneous). As an international student, I think you will value the superior networking opportunities that you will get at Penn State.
