If cost is not a factor(full scholarship for both), is Marist or Buffalo a better choice for Computer Science? I've heard Marist has a very high job placement rate for their CS grads.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

I’m not too familiar with the programs, but Buffalo is definitely a better college town. Just something to think about!

Questions to consider:
do you want a large school?
do you want a “personalized” education?
are you okay with lecture halls?
public vs. private?

I’m a Freshman at UB, and I really think you need to visit both of the schools. They are completely different and remember you’ll be living there for 4 years so you need to be comfortable. Also, I have a feeling UB is more well-known, plus with UB2020, President Simpson is attempting to make the school a flagship SUNY. It’s a great school and has a ton to offer: visit both and then make up your mind since the programs are comparable from my knowledge.
