Hope you don’t mind me chiming in, cacophonous.

But to BayYouth,

I transferred to BusAdmin from BusEcon as a JR, but I took/taking all the classes that the BusAdmin’s take.

From what I can remember… freshmen take some econ courses, calculus, stats, if you haven’t yet, financial accounting, and etc.

MGMT courses are viewed as a bit easy, as often the courses are taught by lecturers who are working in the field- and they don’t care about grades as much as professors do.

However, you will have to study your butt off for courses here and there.

Class sizes differ by dept, (e.g. econ courses can be up to 400 students, while MGMT classes can range from 20-200, depends on if its a lower-upper div. class as well, typically around 80 in the upper div level).

Internships shouldn’t be too hard to find if as long as you’re actively looking, and are part of clubs & etc.

Main recruiters, as in… which firms/companies recruit here? Well if you’re going big4…

I don’t know too much about big4 consulting, isn’t it only Deloitte who hasn’t gotten rid of their consulting practice? Unless you’re talking about tax consulting…

Nonetheless, the big 4 (besides EY) recruit pretty heavily here. Mostly for audit & tax.

And having an intership at EY as a HS student should definitely give you a leg-up.
