It seems that business school recruits some students at the biggining of the junior year. There are also students got adimissions as freshmen.

Qustions:

1) how many percent enrollment is for freshmen? how many percent enrollment is for Junior?

2) The students being selected at the junior yaear are just from "Letter & Science , school"-(un-declared & pre-bussiness major), or from any majors, just according to your test grads?

The Haas School of Business at Cal does not accept applications from freshman. Students apply as sophomores for the two year program. However, freshmen who intend to apply as sophomores need to pay special attention to the prerequisites so they have the necessary classes fulfilled by their junior year. You can only apply one time to Haas so make it good. I do not know what the acceptance rates are. Good luck.

^ According to the Haas website, this is the following admission stats for 2007/08 academic year:

Continuing Cal students: 55% admitted (269 admitted from 489 apps)
Transfer students: 22% admitted (96 admitted from 443 eligible apps/1314 total apps)

yes, you can transfer into Haas from any program at Cal. But, the engineers might have a tougher time in admissions since their gpa's tend to be lower than humanities majors.
