Hi Everyone,
I’m currently a 1st year at Northeastern University in the business school here (ranked top 20 for undergrad).
I’m going to attempt to transfer to Georgetown for the fall of my Junior year and I was wondering what type of GPA / other things I would need to shoot for in order to be a competitive applicant.
Thanks so much!
I am planning on doing the same thing, someone answer please!
Prepscholar has the best sources about this, in my opinion. To my knowledge it is not specifically geared toward transfer students, but it’s likely a good place to start to give you ideas. Here is what I used for my undergrad application: http://www.prepscholar.com/sat/s/colleges/Georgetown-admission-requirements
I understand that there are some differences between high school and collegiate GPAs, but hopefully this will give you a good idea of what you should achieve. Best of luck! As someone who was waitlisted, I hope to see both of you in upcoming years!
