Business schools..

My courses arent the most rigorous but I always did my best to take part in extra activities in and out school to make up for. The reason for lack of honor courses is because I heavily fooled around 8th grade and none of my teachers liked me. But i went through a severe change in the summer with counseling and mentors giving me advice and made the best out of my present courses.
Schools I would love to go to.
NYU Stern.
Uni of Michigan.
etc.
Can you guys recommend some schools that I would be interested in.?

Recommendation essays are pretty good. my Essay is very good considered by teachers, parents, mentors, etc.
-sigh- I so regret having a bad behavor in middle school. I wish i could have did my best and behaved well.
You guys might infer Im a music kind of guy and i should be going for music . But i really want to get into business. I was hoping my EC would impress them at least a little.. =(. since my courses arent that rigorous as possible.. any suggestions and advice. and do you guys think I have a chance for the 2 schools I listed.?
Thank you all .

USC Marshall

Your musical EC's would definetly be a hook for some of the schools. It shows your dedication. Does your school not offer any APs? You are a good candidate, it's hard to tell where you can get in from the top business schools but you'll definetly get into some.

My school offers APs . only 5. they offer all of them only at senior though.. =(. and I just decided to continue with my College prep and honors courses. because I heard the teachers aren't very good at teaching AP and I wouldnt want to start college with a bad knownledge of the AP courses I took at high school . So i just decided on start new and fresh at college with no knowledge of AP courses .=)

Is taking honors and hard courses and getting above average grades better. or taking regular classes and getting all A's better for colleges?

For the best of the best, taking hard classes and getting all A's is the only way to go.

should i send app to wharton? and can u guys predict my chances for uni of michi and stern?

lol hello anyone?
